The Story of Isaac Kipkemoi
Community leader. Servant of the church. Voice of the people of Kimumu Ward.

A Servant-Leader Born for Kimumu
Isaac Kipkemoi — affectionately known as Isoo — is a homegrown leader who has dedicated his life to serving the community of Kimumu Ward. His leadership journey was shaped in the church, where he served as Chairman for two years, earning the trust of congregants and the wider community for his honesty, hard work and discipline.
Under his stewardship, the church successfully completed several development projects — a testimony to his ability to mobilise resources, build consensus and deliver results. Beyond the pulpit, Isoo has been a quiet but consistent presence in Kimumu: at harambees, in funerals, in community meetings, and in the homes of the elderly and the vulnerable.
Today, he answers the call of the people of Kimumu to take that proven track record into elective leadership. As your UDA candidate for MCA Kimumu Ward in 2027, Isoo offers an unwavering commitment to integrity, unity, development and service.
